Community support programs - Thrive Behavioral Health's community support programs provide a coordinated system of care for adults with serious and persistent mental illness, enabling individuals to maintain psychiatric stability, a quality life in the community, and ultimately to achieve their own personal recovery. Services include psychiatric, mental health and substance abuse counseling, and case management designed to meet the needs of each individual client; on-going assessment services, advocacy and daily living and vocational skills training; crisis assessment and intervention services; group homes and supervised apartments; a psychiatric rehab program based on a clubhouse model certified by the International Committee on Clubhouse Development (ICCD) that provides vocational and social supports; and a court clinic where court-based clinicians evaluate the behavioral health status of individuals that present before the court, with a priority given to veterans, and recommend appropriate treatment rather that incarceration.
