During FY 2019, the Harford-Belair Community Mental Health Center provided the highest quality of psychiatric and mental health services to over 650 persons in the community who were in need of these services. These services were affordable and of high quality and included evidence and knowledge based treatment delivered by trained, compassionate clinicians. Services included outpatient psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, and counseling for the broad range of psychiatric illnesses, psychological disorders, emotional problems and problems in living, as well as mobile treatment services, intensive case management services, psychosocial rehabilitation date treatment services, and supervised residential housing, and case management services for the chronically mentally ill. (Continued on Schedule O) In addition, the center psychosocial rehabilitation day program, residential rehabilitation program, and in-home mobile treatment program service 210 persons with chronic psychiatric illnesses.
