Exhibitions: The JMM maintains three exhibition galleries. Two currently hold long-term exhibitions that interpret core museum themes: 'The Synagogue Speaks!' located in the lower level of the Lloyd Street Synagogue tells the story of the three different immigrant congregations that worshipped within the building and how they each adapted the building to meet their congregational needs and 'Voices of Lombard Street: A Century of Change in East Baltimore' explores the history of the neighborhood where the museum is located. A third gallery features changing exhibitions that interpret themes drawn from American Jewish history.
