THROUGH OUR ANNUAL COOKIE PROGRAM, GIRLS DEVELOP ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS--GOAL SETTING, DECISION MAKING, MONEY MANAGEMENT, PEOPLE SKILLS, AND BUSINESS ETHICS--ALL WHILE SOARING IN CONFIDENCE AND PRACTICING LEADERSHIP. THIS GENERATED $2.5M, USED BY THE COUNCIL TO FURTHER THE MISSION OF LOCAL GIRL SCOUTING THROUGH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. ANOTHER $675K WAS EARNED BY THE TROOPS AND USED BY THE GIRLS IN OUR COMMUNITY TO HELP POWER NEW EXPERIENCES SUCH AS COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS AND LEADERSHIP AND CAMP ADVENTURES. THE RECIPIENTS ACCRUED MORE THAN 4800 HOURS COMPLETING A VARIETY OF SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS IN THE FIELDS OF EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE, MILITARY AND VETERAN AFFAIRS, STEM, AND PUBLIC SAFETY.
