101,456 hot meals were provided Monday through Friday to 611 homebound clients who have little or no support from family or community. Our dine-in frozen meal program, where seniors choose which meals to have delivered to their homes, provided 477,644 low sodium, high protein meals to 1,987 clients 7 days a week. Senior transportation provided 78,098 trips to 2,641 clients for a total of 2,608,858 miles of non-emergency, medical transportation for medical appointments, physical therapy, dialysis, as well as transportation to group dining sites, adult day care facilities, and senior centers. 236 senior activity dining clients were served 11,487 hot meals and participated in socialization, fitness classes and nutritional education.
