Our mission is to empower youth and community members to achieve their full potential through mentoring, prevention education, and strategic partnership.

It is Partners' belief that a young person can be prevented from entering a life of negative and unhealthy choices if consistent, positive influences can be provided early in their lives. Through mentoring, life skills, on-going recreational and educational activities, and services opportunities, Partners helps give these youth a better chance to succeed in life. In 2019, Partners served a record number of youth through their programs. Partners provides these mentoring services though two programs: a community based program and a school based program.
