Taylor's Closet hosts an after school, student led program called Bloom, a leadership training program, which meets weekly at a local high school and is also available in digital format. In 2019 Taylor's Closet was able to mentor approximately 100 girls weekly, developing student leadership skills. As part of the Bloom program, Taylor's Closet offers a shopping experience at their mobile store, the Bloom Bus, where girls who participate in the Bloom program get to shop for new designer clothing for free. In 2019 40 girls shopped on the bus each month. Additionally, Taylor's Closet partners with on the ground organizations to distribute clothing to girls both domestically and abroad.
