About this organization
Mission
That everyone deserves to live a life of dignity. We are working for a world where compassion, understanding and love triumph over Intolerance, injustice and inequality.
About
We organized an International Dignity Day on October 17, 2018 in more than 60 countries to put a spotlight on dignity. Events were held in classrooms and school assemblies, with community-based youth groups and in refugee camps with children as young as 5 and into their late 20's. The goal of the dignity workshops is to help young people get in touch with their own self-worth and potential, as well as to treat others - not matter how different they may be - with dignity and kindness. In 2018 we greatly expanded our social media outreach and engagement, in addition to the 200,000 young people that we engaged in workshops and events onGlobal Dignity Day 2018.
