Children and Family Resource Services is a young 501(3)(c) formed in partnership with Santa Barbara County Education Office. Our mission is to provide high quality, family-focused, strength-based services to build resilient communities throughout Santa Barbara County. Although our nonprofit is young, our history spans over 20 years providing services to Santa Barbara county including newborn home visitation, health screening, oral health and orthodontia, social/emotional education for early educators and parents, service coordination of the Network of Promotores, and referrals for support.
