Meaningful employment is the most powerful mechanism for enabling sustained human transformation and multigenerational impact. We source, place, and coach individuals into meaningful employment. We work in partnership with human service organizations that provide foundational healing in preparation of becoming contributing members of our community. The Meaning Foundation continues this healing process by providing turn-key employment opportunities for these individuals in partnership with enterprise employers who provide a living wage, a positive work environment, and opportunities for upward mobility. We support each participant by coaching them through a curriculum designed around employability, sustainability and upward mobility ensuring long-term success and retention.
