MACKINTOSH ACADEMY (THE ACADEMY, WE, US, OUR) OPENED IN 1977 AS THE FIRST PRIVATE ACADEMY IN COLORADO TO RECOGNIZE THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF GIFTED AND TALENTED CHILDREN. COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE FAMILY AND COMMUNITY A RICH RESOURCE FOR GIFTED CHILDREN, WE HAVE TWO CAMPUSES: OUR FIRST CAMPUS LOCATED ON THREE ACRES IN SOUTH LITTLETON, COLORADO, SERVING 125 STUDENTS; AND OUR BOULDER, COLORADO, CAMPUS, ESTABLISHED IN 2011 AND LOCATED ON TWENTY THREE ACRES, SERVING 151 STUDENTS. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE AN ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE GIFTED CHILD.
