Utah Civil Rights & Liberties Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit entity dedicated to working through the courts, law schools, legislature and community to assert, defend and preserve individual basic and civil rights and liberties guaranteed to all people by the federal and Utah state constitutions. UCR&LF provides assistance to indigent individuals and non-profit organizations with regard to civil rights claims and issues.
