Education and outreach: provided training and technical assistance on fundraising, grant-making, leadership development, etc. to 100 non-profits and 500 individuals in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. In each Pride Foundation community there is a steering committee made up of a core group of volunteers with visionary ideas who support their regional LGBTQ and allied community.
