Each night we provide housing stability to more than 1,958 households. We provide a comprehensive range of health and wellness programs and other wrap-around supportive services that promote housing stability, including intensive case management, crisis intervention, mental health care, and other therapeutic interventions for chronically homeless and at-risk populations. Targeted programs include serving young people aging out the foster care system, veterans, families, homeless adults with server mental illness, people re-entering from correctional facilities, and many other sub populations.
