Mission

EmcArts works alongside people, organizations, and communities as they take on their most complex challenges. We offer programs for individuals, organizations and communities, and lift up field-wide learning through national summits and convenings and ArtsFwd.org, an online platform for “next practices" for arts leaders. Our rigorously designed and facilitated workshops, coaching, and intensive labs create the space and conditions to test innovative strategies and build cultures that embrace change. Since 2005, we've helped over 250 organizations and 2,500 practitioners intervene in systems, connect across silos, experiment and succeed.
