Music and art instruction: Music offerings for students of all ages include private lessons, ensembles, group Suzuki, group classes, master classes, and the Charlotte Children's Choir. Music education programs are focused on artistic excellence in order to foster the personal, intellectual, and social growth of children. Visual art offerings for students of all ages include private lessons, workshops and classes in a variety of medium including drawing, painting, and comic book drawing. Instructors for music and art teach at more than a dozen locations throughout Mecklenburg County, including the Bridge, a new Arts+ site focused on innovation.
