Our mission at School Ministries of Spartanburg County is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ.

School Ministries of Spartanburg County was established in 1999 as a 501 (3)c organization. We offer a released time program where parents can release their children to leave campus and receive a period of religious education during the public school day. In January 2000, the ministry began its first semester at Chesnee Middle School serving 160 students. The following school year the ministry expanded to Boiling Springs Middle School serving 254 students. In 2010, the ministry began serving Rainbow Lake Middle School.
