Palmer's mission is to provide quality, compassionate treatment for substance abuse and addiction which promotes sustained recovery for adolescents, women and their families.

Palmer's primary programs include outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment for adolescents and adults and a 52-bed residential facility for chemically dependent pregnant and/or parenting women with their children.
