THE MISSION OF FSMSDC IS TO LINK CORPORATIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WITH MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (MBEs) TO FOSTER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION.
