Department of Labor - Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)- Adult and Dislocated Worker 2018-2019 CareerSource PBC had 284 active adult and dislocated workers who received career services, training services and various types of assessments to assist them with career choices during the 2018-2019 program year. Of those individuals, 181 were new recipients of individual training accounts (ITAs), with encumbrances of $1,275,506.63. In addition, 25 trainees were enrolled in the on-the-job training (OJT) program for a total of $107,962.40 reimbursed to employers.
