The Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative (Collaborative) works to dramatically enhance the capacity of youth-serving organizations in Philadelphia to provide high quality, equitable, sports-based youth development (SBYD) programs to the youth of Philadelphia. In 2018, PYSC conducted a citywide task force in partnership with the city of Philadelphia to identify opportunities and barriers for youth to participate in quality, sports-based youth development programs.
