Provides individualized continuum of care to those experiencing their end of life journey and their loved ones. Services are provided wherever the patient calls 'home': in a residential home, long term care facilities, and our licensed hospice inpatient facility. We serve El Paso and Teller counties and surrounding communities. We served 1,398 unduplicated hospice patients in 2018 including adults and children. Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care provides advanced illness management for individuals living with serious illness.
