About
Provided 24-hour skilled care to medically fragile and technology dependent children from infancy through young adulthood. Services are available for children needing long term, transitional, respite and end of life care. In FYE 6/30/19 Children's Country Home provided 44,640 hours of care to 9 medically fragile children.
