Helping the physically and mentally challenged, the elderly, and those with special needs find information about services and activities available to them at no charge. For example, 2016 and 2017's theme were "Pet's Aid to Challenged Students". Every year the P&F supports another nonprofit in their efforts to support the physically and/or mentally challenged. These events helped educate the public in how the EYE Retreat organization along with other nonprofit and government agencies use pets (like therapy, guide dogs, and other animal assist partners etc.) to enhance educational growth of special need individuals.
