The mission of Shelter Guardians is to provide volunteers and support for the homeless animals at the Rowan County Shelter, and at large in Rowan County. We provide this through donations of volunteer time, education, equipment, facility improvements, networking, fosters, and many other ways. Our purpose is to assist the shelter and the community in giving the homeless animals their best chance of survival and finding a loving home.
