Youth Services:Individualized Transitional Skills Program (ITSP): Los Angeles CountyThe Individualized Transitional Skills Program (ITSP) enhances daily life skills and promotes self-sufficiency of eligible Transitional Age Youth (TAY) through a contract with LA County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) as a part of Assembly Bill 12 (AB12). Below are some key points about ITSP:Transitional Age Youth (TAY) are between the ages of sixteen and twenty-four who are in transition from state custody or foster care and are at-risk.
