We provide for older teens and adults: a wellness center with cardio and strength training equipment, and a private fitness class room for boot camp, yoga, spin and R.I.P.P.E.D to name a few. For our families; an open family gym, 5 lane heated pool, youth swim team, aquatic classes. For our seniors: we offer senior aquatic classes, Medicare approved land classes. We also partner with our community medical center to offer doctor referred aquatics therapy.
